The Providores Table is just that, a celebration of produce and the people behind it. The state-of-the-art cooking school is in collaboration with Fisher & Paykel and Mint Kitchens, where only the most innovative equipment is featured.
Nestled in an urban warehouse, you are cooking amongst giant wheels of cheese, aging salumi and copious amounts of imported and Australian wine. The warehouse itself is steeped in food tradition, being part of the old Rosella Complex and tomato cannery the charm of Ella and Rose still present today.

Classes are aimed at anyone with a passion for learning how to cook, no matter what their level of experience. Classes are intimate groups of 12, you will have the opportunity to interact with the chef and there will be chances for hands-on participation in the creation of the dishes.
